Connors, Esquire, explains the history of these Rules, what they are as of the date of this presentation, numerous important recent court decisions, and proposed revisions and amendments.

Patrick M. Connors is the Albert and Angela Farone Distinguished Professor in New York Civil Practice at Albany Law School where he teaches, inter alia, New York Practice and Procedure.
