• All prices include the $4 per credit Georgia Reporting Fee.
• Georgia attorneys must earn 12 CLE Credits each year
(January 1-December 31), including
1 Credit each in Professionalismand Ethicstopics.
• Georgia allows ALL 12 of your CLE Credits (including Ethics, Professionalism and General) to be earned through participation in approved Self-Study/Distance Learning courses.
• National Law Foundation
is an Accredited Georgia CLE Sponsor and each of these programs is
accredited for Georgia Distance Learning CLE credit.
• Trial Skills Requirement:
Rule 8-104 (D) Requirements for Participation in Litigation. Each active member who appears as sole or lead counsel in the Superior or State Courts of Georgia in any contested civil case or in the trial of a criminal case in 1990 or in any subsequent calendar year, shall complete for such year a minimum of three (3) hours of continuing legal education activity in the area of trial practice. Note: Attorneys who do not need Trial Skills credits may take Trial Skills courses and count Trial Skills Credits towards their General Credit requirement.
• Carry Over:
Georgia allows you to carry over the following credits:
• Regular CLE hours - 12 hours can be carried to the next year;
• Ethics hours - 2 hours can be carried to the next year;
• Professionalism hours - 2 hours can be carried to the next year and
• Trial hours - 3 hours can be carried to the next year
Each order includes a Georgia CLE Distance Learning Course Evaluation and Credit Reporting form, which you must return to National Law Foundation within 15 days of course completion to ensure on-time reporting.
