All North Carolina
Attorneys!

• Active members of the North Carolina State Bar must take 24 hours of approved CLE during their respective two-year reporting period.

• Of the 24 hours, four (4) must be in the area of Ethics and at least one (1) hour shall be devoted to Technology Training and one (1) hour to Professional Well-Being (PWB).

• Attorneys may carry over up to 12 credit hours from one reporting period to the next. Carryover hours will count towards the total hours requirement but may not be used to satisfy the specialty credit requirements.

• North Carolina allows you to earn ALL (24) of your CLE Credits, including Ethics, Professional Well-Being (PWB), Technology Training, and General Credits, through study of our approved interactive Email Delivery, Audio CDs and Flash Drives.

• National Law Foundation is a Registered Sponsor of North Carolina CLE. Each of these courses has been approved by the North Carolina CLE Board for North Carolina CLE credit.

• After completing your course and submitting a provided Participant Critique to the National Law Foundation, we will report your North Carolina credits (at the end of each month).

• The Critique will be returned to you for your permanent records. Retain it to verify your credits.

• North Carolina attorneys may track their CLE credits at https://portal.ncbar.gov/
